?? What You'll Be Responsible For

?? Financial Reporting & Month-End Close

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements
• Process journal entries and reconcile accounts for monthly and annual closes
• Participate in month-end close, KPIs, budgeting, and cash flow analysis
• Prepare and maintain monthly and annual review files

?? Balance Sheet, Treasury & Cash Management

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including:
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Loan schedules
  • Fixed asset schedules
• Support treasury functions, including payroll and cash management

?? Inventory & Operational Analysis

• Establish monthly inventory valuation in line with group processes
• Produce and analyze aging inventory reports
• Partner with Sales and site managers to challenge aged inventory and receivables

?? Multi-Company & International Accounting

• Maintain and review records for international affiliates
• Prepare schedules and documentation for outside auditors
• Support audit readiness and financial statement publication

?? Business Partnering & Leadership Support

• Provide senior leadership, department managers, and sales teams with timely, reliable financial insights
• Review accuracy of fixed assets and depreciation schedules
• Maintain General Ledger accounts
• Act as backup support for other accounting department roles

? What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• Experience with budgeting, financial close, and operational reporting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a structured environment
• Folding Carton, Printing, or Packaging industry experience is a plus
